I purchased a SFR as an investment property in Dec 2010.  I was fortunate to have Ilona as my broker.  I was seeking investment property, not a residence for my personal home, I just did not have the time, nor the interest to spend the time one normally needs to seek out their personal home.  Ilona was a great time saver and researcher.  She did very valuable comparable historical sales analysis for me.  She also advised me very well with respect to the offer prices and other negotiable items in the offer and sale process.  I was very pleased with her selection of a property inspector.  All in all, I am very pleased with the service,  professionalism and knowledge I received from Ilona.  I will use her again, the next time I look for real estate.
